Prometrium

I know it's been forever, but I have been very busy.
The "new" job is still AWESOME...it's amazing actually enjoying going to work, I haven't felt that feeling for so long, I didn't know if it was possible.
So much is going on now even....
I am on day 66 of my current cycle and started Prometrium last night...talk about crzy dream, damn they were nuts! I haven't noticed any difference, so that's good, I just wish AF would come.
Isn't it funny how we pray for one thing on minute and something different the next.
I wish AF was gone because I was pregnant, not because of problems, so now I want her to make a speedy return...
I have been in a funk that I seriously need to ditch. I HAVE got to lose some weight, the doc will not start fertility meds unless I do, so I get depressed about being over weight, about having to lose weight and everything in between....IDK
So have any of you ladies taken Prometrium? Can it help me get pregnant? My doc didn't give me a whole lot of info, it was called in....

  1. I was prescribed it on my 3rd 50+ day cycle. My Dr said not only is she bringing my period on, she wanted to clean me out and jump start me back to normal. I wasn't convinced AT ALL. But I took it at 30 days, started my period 10 days later. And for the first time in months, I O'd the next cycle and got pregnant that cycle. I never had to start the clomid she was going to start the next month. It worked.

Im thinking about you, keep posting. We're all here for support.

  3. All I know about prometrium is it's supposed to help AF come. I was never given this when I was ttc so I don't know more then that. Good Luck, I hope AF comes soon for you. (((hugs)))

  4. I am sorry I haven't read all of your blog but the bits I did I realised that we had a couple of things in common. I had a stillborn son named Elliott last year ( We made a mistake with the spelling while we under stress after his birth) and also my husband is Russell. These are both unusual names in New Zealand where I am from.

I hope your AF shows ups soon. Good luck with your TTC journey. I am just starting out in blogger land but will take the time to have a better read of your blog soon.
